At Balanced Being, we believe that growth and transformation takes place not just on the physical level but also on the mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. That’s why you’ll find our approach to transformation a little different....

Below outlines what you can expect from this 8 weeks:

Movement + Mindfulness

You’ll have access to our full range of classes including all types of yoga classes as well as wellness classes - sound baths, reiki, breathwork, and meditation.

Our classes aim to support your entire being - the physical, mental, and emotional layers that make you human!

You’ll only need to attend 3 times a week!

Nutrition + Clean Eating

Healthy eating can hugely contribute to how you feel overall, and establishing a healthy relationship with food can lead to shifts in mood and energy.

Our plan is built to be super easy to follow and help you reset your relationship with good. We focus on a balanced diet so no crazy low carb non-sense.

Community + Accountability

You are loved and supported by our entire community along the way! You'll get to know other members, learn from each other, and support each other on this journey! You also

get your own personal accountability coach throughout the process.

Mental Health & Spirituality

We believe that your mental health matters just as much if not more when it comes to physical transformation and overall health goals. And that's why we also provide coaching for improving your mental health and creating more connection with your inner guide.

Most studios and gyms neglect to emphasize your mental health and the spiritual side of being human. Balanced Being seeks to honor the entire being and supports your mental health in tandem with physical wellbeing.
